Party Blockers

Ok This is some ornamental grass (that happens to look wheaty) my mom planted so the nosey neighbor couldnt see in our back yard. She's basically a shut in, but she has a window through which she gawks all the time. I hate walking by her window cuz i know she's prolly looking at me. I doubt this solved this problem but my mom wants any excuse to plant ornamental grass (If it doesnt have any pretty colored buds or isnt black, i dont care to have it in my garden :-P)
I'm usually anti white borders. Cuz i figure if it has a white border it should be because ITS A PRINT! not cuz you added one in photoshop to make it look like a print! but it looked better with the faux print border.
